No — Klin is a laundry service, not a dry cleaner. We handle everyday washing, not delicate or dry-clean-only garments. If you're unsure whether an item is safe for regular laundry, it's best to check before dropping it off.
We can't guarantee against shrinkage, fading, or stubborn stains that don't lift in a standard wash — this is one reason we recommend saving delicate or dry-clean-only items for a specialist.
If an item is lost or damaged due to a fault on our end, we cover 50% of its current market price or Rs 2,000 — whichever is smaller. Claims are settled within 3–4 weeks, based on standard item pricing rather than brand value.
We'll wash anything you bring in, but branded or high-value items are treated the same as any other load — so it's worth thinking twice before sending your most expensive pieces through regular laundry.
